Commercial Exterior Cleaning for Properties in Western Massachusetts & Connecticut

Commercial work isn't something we take on between residential jobs. Offices, storefronts, managed communities, and multifamily properties have different access constraints, different approval processes, and different expectations for communication — so we plan and quote them differently.

We serve commercial properties across Hampshire and Hampden County, Massachusetts, and North Central Connecticut.

Who we work with

Built around how properties actually run

Most of our commercial relationships start with a property manager or facilities contact who is tired of chasing vendors. The fix is boring and effective: a scope in writing, a schedule you can plan around, and one point of contact who answers.

Property & Facilities Managers

Written scopes, property-specific proposals, and scheduling that accounts for tenants, parking, and access.

Office & Retail Properties

Storefront and entry glass kept consistently clean, with timing planned around opening hours and foot traffic.

HOA, Condo & Multifamily

Coordinated exterior work across multiple buildings, with clear notice to residents and predictable service dates.

Services

Commercial services we provide

Commercial Window Cleaning

Storefront glass, entryways, atriums, and multi-story exteriors cleaned on a schedule that keeps the first impression consistent rather than seasonal.

Exterior Building Washing

Low-pressure soft washing for siding, painted surfaces, stucco, fiber cement, and masonry to remove algae, road film, and weathering without damaging finishes.

Roof Cleaning

Treatment of streaking and organic growth on commercial and multifamily roofs, handled from the ground or ladder wherever the roof allows.

Gutter Cleaning

Clearing and flushing gutters and downspouts so water leaves the building instead of finding its way into soffits, walls, and walkways.

Surface Cleaning

Sidewalks, entries, loading areas, and hardscape cleaned to remove gum, staining, and buildup in the places tenants and customers actually walk.

Recurring Exterior Maintenance

A combined plan across services with set intervals, so the property is maintained on a calendar and budgeted in advance.

Seasonal

Commercial Holiday Lighting

Seasonal lighting is one of the few exterior investments customers notice immediately. We handle commercial holiday lighting the same way we handle residential work — design first, professional installation, in-season service if something goes out, then removal and storage of the materials when the season ends.

It's a good fit for storefronts, office entrances, commercial building facades, and managed HOA or condominium communities where a consistent look across the property matters.

Commercial FAQs

Do you work with property managers and management companies?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is coordinated with a property manager or facilities contact. We put the scope, schedule, and pricing in writing so it can be approved, budgeted, and repeated without re-explaining the property each time.
Can service be scheduled outside of business hours?
Often, yes. Storefront and office window cleaning is frequently done early morning before opening. We'll plan the timing around tenant traffic, deliveries, and parking when we walk the property.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are fully insured, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance naming the property or management company before work begins.
How do you price a commercial property?
Commercial proposals are property-specific. We look at building height and access, glass count and type, surface materials, and how often you want service. You get a written proposal with the scope spelled out rather than a generic square-foot rate.
Can we set up recurring service?
Yes. Many properties run on a recurring schedule — for example quarterly window cleaning with gutter cleaning twice a year — so the exterior is maintained on a plan instead of handled reactively.
Do you handle holiday lighting for commercial properties?
Yes. We install seasonal lighting for storefronts, office entrances, and managed communities, including design, installation, in-season service, removal, and storage of the materials.
