These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean From The Curb Up website and the cleaning and maintenance services we provide ("Services"). Clean From The Curb Up is operated by On The House Home Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide exterior cleaning and maintenance services including window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter care, soft washing, surface cleaning, and holiday lighting. Service descriptions are provided in good faith and may be adjusted at our discretion based on on-site conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates generated through our website are based on the information you provide and are not binding. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment due to access, condition, square footage, or additional work required. We will communicate any change before performing additional work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled subject to availability and weather. We may reschedule for safety reasons. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Massachusetts law.

Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to disclose known hazards (loose siding, fragile fixtures, pets, etc.). We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, subject to reasonable inspection.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and photography — is the property of On The House Home Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
